1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ProposalGen ("the Service"), operated by Stravoris Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ProposalGen is an AI-powered proposal and statement of work generator. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate proposal content based on your professional profile, client information, and project descriptions. Generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed and edited before use.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and Payments

ProposalGen offers a free trial and paid subscription plans. All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy as our Merchant of Record. Subscription terms, pricing, and refund policies are displayed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service beyond the provided API
  • Resell or redistribute generated content as a competing service
  • Submit content that infringes on third-party intellectual property

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the information you provide (professional profile, client data, project descriptions). You own the proposals generated by the Service using your data. We retain ownership of the Service, its software, design, and documentation.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Proposals and content generated by the Service are created using AI and are provided "as-is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before sending it to clients or using it in any business context.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stravoris Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, we provide a 30-day grace period for reactivation, after which all data is permanently removed.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
